Return and Refund Policy

Attention: Communications must include the order number, name, phone, and email. The information should match the info attached to the order.

I. 30-Days Return

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. Please contact us at contact@foodmezian.ca to initiate the return process. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in as-new condition. Products with scratches, stains, damages, or any other modifications will not be accepted.
• Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging or equivalent to avoid shipping damages.

II. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned items. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the shipping fees and any associated costs will not be refunded.

III. Order Change or Cancellation

Orders can be canceled or modified within 72 hours of placement without incurring any charges. Please contact us at contact@foodmezian.ca or call +16044454584 to request changes or cancellations. Once an order has left our warehouse or if assembly has begun for the item(s) ordered, cancellations may not be possible.
